How membership works

Who pays?

Only business owners who publish a listing. Investors, funds and buyers can browse, create a profile and send enquiries free of charge.

How is my plan chosen?

For equity listings, by the investment amount you are seeking: up to A$1M on Starter, above A$1M up to A$5M on Growth, and above A$5M on a custom Enterprise plan. We check this when you submit a listing and again when it is approved.

What about selling my business?

A business-for-sale listing needs any active plan. The asking price does not change which plan you need.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade when you need to raise more and any paused listings go live again. If you downgrade, only listings above your new plan's limit are paused. Nothing is deleted.

What happens if a payment fails?

We let you know and give you a short grace period to update your payment details. If it is not resolved, your listings are paused (hidden from the marketplace) until your subscription is active again.

Is every listing reviewed?

Yes. Our team reviews each listing before it is published, and you can keep identifying details confidential.
